A Very Thin Line

Do you know of a market that exists today, that hasn’t made it big yet, but could be worth BILLIONS in the years to come?

Think about any of the science fiction books or movies you’ve read or seen that have shown you a glimpse of what could be possible…

There’s one on everybody’s mind that could make people wealthy beyond their wildest dreams – but it’s considered so taboo, so risqué – that to predict a bull market for it would be pure fantasy…

Or would it?

It’s been almost 20 years exactly since we were introduced to the most famous ewe to ever walk the earth, Dolly the Sheep.

You may remember what made Dolly special or you may not…

It wasn’t her wool or her gentle disposition – it was the fact that Dolly was the first genetic clone that the world got to see.

A few years ago, one of the leading researchers in the cloning field, Sir John
Gurdon, revealed that while Dolly was one of the first steps, she wasn’t the end goal, and that science would progress to human cloning within the next 50 years.

This revelation got me thinking…

Would cloning ever be a viable business?

Forget the moral implications for now, and think strictly from an investor’s point of view…

If you had a little seed money… say, $20 Million: Would you think it would be a sound strategy to grow your bottom line?

How much is a clone actually worth?

Depends on who you ask…

Creating a new Albert Einstein to help battle the world’s issues could be invaluable – while creating a new dog named Spot to replace little Jimmy’s beloved pet (while incalculable to Jimmy) would come in a little lower down the list.

But there’s a more incredible aspect to cloning that makes it such a divisive topic to talk about…

Immortality.

Think about it…

If medicine keeps advancing at the almost exponential rate is has over the past few years, in 50 years, it may actually be possible to transplant the human brain – if it’s possible to transplant a brain into a new body – what could that be worth?

And before you say it’s improbable, I ask you to remember a time when people once thought heart transplants were impossible – and they happen with increasing regularity today.

Can you imagine being able to put your brain in a younger version of yourself. Being able to take advantage of all the knowledge you have accumulated over a lifetime and put it into your exact same body at its physical peak, or more, genetically modify your body to your exact specifications?

Yes, I know this raises all kinds of moral dilemmas, but again…

How much is that immortality worth?

Millions? Hundreds of millions? Billions?

It’s really hard to tell – but you can bet that there are people out there that not only have Billions of dollars – but are willing to pay exorbitant amounts of money to ensure their time here on earth gets extended – another hundred years – if not indefinitely.

Knowing that…

Can you see the profit potential in cloning?

Right now, it’s a complete unknown…

Eventually, we could see this kind of service going the way of all new innovations – starting out high priced – then eventually settling down to a price that most middle class people can afford.

However, there are many other applications for cloning that have NOTHING to do with immortality…

Cancer has affected almost everybody on the planet; most have either had it, had a family member who’s had it, or knows somebody who’s had it…

Now, say you’re diagnosed with a severe case, where the outlook is grim.

Imagine being able to transplant your healthy brain into a body that can be genetically programmed against cancer – effectively giving you a new lease on life – and a practical guarantee of living cancer free…

How much would that service be worth?

Again, there are many, MANY moral questions and concerns the whole process begs to be answered…

But, speaking strictly business-wise, does cloning have the potential to be a viable moneymaker?

I think yes…

And the more developed our medicines and sciences become, the brighter the outlook gets, especially for investors.

Right now, there are a handful of companies working on cloning technology, focusing their efforts on pets and agricultural animals, but none are public…

Yet.

If cloning humans does become not only possible, but accepted… any one of these companies could be the first to pop.

Companies like: Cyagra, Geneticas, Global Genetics and Biologicals, Hematech, or Viagen, to name a few.

Right now, these are just names, but soon, they could be ticker symbols and could be trading at VERY high prices – maybe even future blue chippers.

Only time will tell…

What I do know is that I’ll be sure to tell my GorillaTrades subscribers the MOMENT I think they’ll be able to get a chance to profit.

We’d love to have you along for the ride – but understand if my risk-adverse trading system isn’t your cup of tea.

Either way, you should look into this new and what could be a HUGE market – it could be worth it.
